Try to wear sunscreen on your face every day, even during the wintertime. You are still exposed to the sun’s damaging rays even when it isn’t warm out! Incorporating a product with sunscreen in it into your daily routine will pay off in the long run.

Watch Your Diet

Your diet plays a big role in how your skin looks, as it helps get rid of substances that your body doesn’t agree with. For example, even if you have a slight intolerance to dairy, too much consumption of milk, cheese and yogurt may result in acne. Try cutting out certain foods from your diet to see what suits your skin the best.

Don’t Forget About Your Neck

While many people take care of their face, they forget to target their neck when it comes to skincare. Don’t let your neck be an afterthought. Apply sunscreen to your neck as well and apply serums and moisturizers in an upward motion to combat gravity.
